RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because our products are made to order through a print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in specific situations outlined below.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts, and order details carefully before purchasing.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will issue either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund, at our discretion


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.


REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


CANCELLATIONS

Because orders are sent to production quickly, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.
